I went to the selectman meeting. They rejected the application as expected. So now onto the zoning board. One thing that wasn't as planned is the selectman said that my claims that the ordinance changed is not actually true. I will have to check that, I thought the document they gave me was pretty clear.
A couple of other things are now in motion. I also got the septic guy up to do the perc test on Wednesday, so the septic stuff is started, which will be needed for the building permit. I also noted that the weight limit on the road has been removed, so I will be getting the gravel up there soon.
